Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us at 011-40844669 or drop us an email at support@theartarium.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving your request, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up to collect the item at the earliest. 

Return Conditions:

  1. Condition of Returned Items: Returns are eligible only when the item is unused, undamaged, and received in its original condition and packaging. Products that show signs of wear, usage, or tampering may be rejected and sent back to the customer. 
  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a damage-related return, customers must provide a complete unboxing video for us to learn about the issue and process their return request at the earliest. 
  3. Reverse Pickup Attempts: Artarium will arrange up to two (2) attempts for reverse pickup. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for self-shipping the item to our designated address at their own expense.
  4. Return Eligibility: Items returned without the required label, seal, or original packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Method: All approved refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit. Under our standard policy, cash refunds or direct bank transfers are not available.
  2. Post-Delivery Resolution: For orders that have been successfully delivered, we offer support only through product exchanges or store credit. Refunds in monetary form are not provided under normal circumstances.
  3. Store Credit Validity: Store credit will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Customers are required to use the credit within this period, after which it will automatically expire.
  4. Promotional Restrictions: Store credit cannot be combined with any promotional offers, discount codes, or ongoing deals. It can only be used independently at checkout.
  5. Monetary Refund Exceptions: In rare, exceptional situations where a monetary refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 15 working days. Store credit, however, can be issued immediately once the return is confirmed.
